I notice that I can’t let my hands touch my thighs or that creepy crawling feeling starts in the thighs (where I seem to experience the majority of my RLS symptoms....the calves, too). But when I have taken my RLS meds and am not experiencing RLS symptoms in the late evening and overnight, when I touch my hands to my thighs I don’t get that feeling. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have that feeling too when my knees are itching. Any time of the day. So I stop immediately. I think it is just that my body has become incredibly sensitive now.
