Please help?

Could someone please remind me of which two are the antihistamines that DON’T affect RLS? Was taking one, but it played havoc and wasn’t sleeping well again. I have had to revert to taking Clonazepam yet again with an upped dose. Need an antihistamine for my allergies.

I know about cetirizine and (des)loratadine. There may be others. I suspect there is a full list on rls-uk.org.

Antihistamines aggravate RLS. However, I has terrible RLS and I can use Zyrtec.

PS not sure how you manage your RLS, but I'd like to suggest you check out my message about caffeine. It's all I use.
