In case this helps...

When I complained about my RLS to a friend she said “try sleeping on your front”. Amazingly, it does work for me. Something to do with the front of the legs being held in a gentle stretch I think. Anyway I can usually get to sleep like that, though I do wake up later drooling into the pillow...🤪

Wish it worked for me I much prefer sleeping on my front. If i do though it seems to set my ankles off and then I can't sleep

Sorry to hear that! If there’s anything we all know about this thing it’s that we all have our own unique dose of it!😕

I have tried many positions but none help.I have also tried elevating legs and using pillows but nothing had helped.I recently retired and thought not doing shifts would help.It hasnt and I'm now getting it earlier in the day as well.I am struggling to to get any decent sleep.
