From 7 hours sleep to a twitchy less than 3 but I realise even that is better than many of you experience. Sad to report that cream doesn't cure WED/Rls. In the interest of science though I shall try the clotted version which here in Cornwall is considered far superior.

If Only!
Yes I think I too shall try the clotted variety, purely for research you understand, can't let you do this experiment without moral support🤗
Your suppirt will be appreciated.
I am amazed at the number of sufferers of this unholy condition . Until I joined this forum, apart from family members i had only met 2 others. It helps to have conversations, even lighthearted ones, with people who know just what it means to have the condition. Thank you to all.
So true! When one has spent yet another entire night without sleep (which non sufferers never believe happens 😤) the only place for empathy is here on the forum. At least here we don't feel like we are making a mountain out of a mole hill after all its only a bit of twitching isn't it 😉😬
What a shame, I had high hopes for the cream! Cheers for now. That is, until another possibility crops up!
Hi Avalon My hopes are dashed yet again. I had such high hopes for copious amounts of cream - especially the clotted variety😪
OK now try it again but this time use lactose free cream. Do you have to take it in cream puffs or eclairs? I am imagining a prescription for a bowl of fruit salad with a bucket of clotted cream generously poured over the top.
I'm afraid no self-respecting Cornish woman would eat anything other than the real thing. It's versatile, can be enjoyed on any dessert so I shall keep experimenting - that's my excuse anyway. I'll stop now before I sound like an advert. Thanks for your response .
Shame, I've just tried a clotted cream rice pudding - for medicinal purposes of course.
Aren't they just delicious?! Keep persevering, we owe it to ourselves.
