That's confused me! 0.26 mg is the dose for extended release pramipexole, which comes in multiples of 0.26 ( one X) . 0.52 (2 X), 0.78 (3 X). - 1.5. (4 X).

0.75 is the dose for immediate release pramipexole which comes in multiples of 0.125 ( one X), 0.25 (2 X) - - - 0.75 (6 X).

Using them interchangeably, might cause problems. They have different absorption rates and half lives.

Sorry if I’ve confused you yes the pramipexole tablets are extended release. The dosages are 0.26 mg and 0.52mg.iwas taking both at different times of the day making a total if my maths are. Correct of 0.78mg daily. I have gradually reduced to one tablet of 0.26 mg daily hope this clears up the confusion
