But it's not called Dopamine..lots of brand names. And it seems to be less effective the longer it's taken? Dose increased etc....not sure my RLS is bad enough for that....

They are called dopamine meds. or dopamine agonists the right name for them, there are different types, Requip also called Ropinerole, Mirapex also called Pramipexole , Mirapexin or Sifrol. and the Neupro patch. All dopamine agonists. Yes, over time they can start to make your RLS worse and increasing the dose is not advisable as that can lead to augmentation. the word used for them making your RLS worse.
