Thanks Pam34. I am one of those people!
It goes some way to explain it doesn’t it! I’ve not tried it, I really should. Got to be better than the dish of cereal that I usually munch.
It often works for me. I used to take a flask up to bed but now have a pack of caffeine tablets by my bed, a single one has about the same amount as a cup. Give it a go!
We clearly are all different in the way that we metabolise caffeine, I have a friend who has 2 caffeinated drinks in a morning, anything later and she won’t sleep. I can drink tea and coffee all day with no ill effects!
That’s a good idea. Thanks, I’ll try that. My nights at the moment are pretty good and the medication is keeping the legs under control, maybe because I’ve just retired so feel less anxious, less stressed, less tired and aren’t up at 5.45 every morning!
I can drink tea or coffee all day AND night, with no bad effects on my RLS. I have a cup of coffee OR tea in the night when i am up pacing., which is every night.
