A friend of mine suggested it to me, and I've been having a couple of glasses each night.
It's been wonderful, much less pain and movement and actually getting sleep.
As you may know it contains a substance called Quinine, which can be got in tablet form from your GP. The problem with the tablets though and the reason some doctors don't like to prescribe it is because of all the side effects it can have.
So give it a go and try a glass or two of tonic water at night. It may or may not be of help, but it's certainly worth a go

Quinine is a popular placebo treatment for rls. As a medication, Quinine has been banned by the FDA because of heart issues. It is really only for treatment for leg cramps, not rls.
With regard to tonic water, even if there is quinine as an ingredient, it is unlikely to be of any significant amount to affect leg cramps- unless one drinks a swimming pool of the stuff ,- and then I find it gives me tummy problems.🤣
However- it is an excellent placebo, and the pills gave me relief for over six months in the early days.
Even a bar of soap under the sheets gave me a nights relief. 🤗
Thank you for the post. I hope it continues to be of benefit to you.
