The main point of this snippet, is that for some people on Pramipexol ( Mirapex/ Sifrol etc) who may be supplementing with iron, could have the effectiveness of the Prami diluted.
There is no reference to Augmentation in the article. But a takeaway point could be that that same cohort, could imagine that they are experiencing augmentation, while on the iron supplements. Whereas ,it would not be actual augmentation, but rather a side effect of the iron supplement.
This has relevance to anyone on Prami, and taking iron supplements at the same time.
