Leg jerks

Has anybody experienced leg jerks or torso jerks while being on lyrica? I have constant almost unstoppable jerks which make me mad!It feels like an electrode is hitting me!These jerks give me pain at my lower left leg.I could also describe them as tics.

Katerina, I have been suffering from the same movements as you but I am not on Lyrica . The last three years my rls has moved to my back ,arms,and torso. I have told Dr S how I jerk like a fish out of water. I can't ride in a car for very long as I start spasms. I have jerk so hard that my arms hits the car window. Back jerks and arms flail. Takes me to tears and I panic since I have no control. I have had rls since 1992. Dr thought I had a pinched nerve. So tired of trying to explain myself. No one would believe me. Been on mirapex for years. It feels like I stuck my fingers in a socket. Tried Lyrica but had bad side affects like blurred vision. Tramadol is now part of my treatment and have had good results. I feel your pain it is embarrassing to have to leave a party dread a car ride and wonder if it will ever calm down. I love this site as I found out there is others like me . No one has ever told me that rls can affect the whole body until I read the info on this site. Dr S would look at me like I was making it up. Can't thank the fellow rls folks enough for making me realize I am not nuts.
