Rls question

Hi I'm new to the forum but i suspect I have Rls my right leg being the worst I have many symptoms of rls but i dont want to convince I have it so thought I'd see if i can get answers off suffers? I'm 31 wat were your symtoms like?

The symptom which you must have for a RLS diagnosis is the urge to move, an urge so strong that you can't resist it. Usually with the urge to move there are very unpleasant /for some people painful sensations. It is worse at rest, worse during the evening /night time. It improves with movement.

Someone will put on the official diagnostic criteria as I am useless with computers

If this does sound like your symptoms it would be very helpful to list any medications you are taking (if any ) as many can worsenRLS
