I had veeeeeery severe rss after a lifetime of being fit as a flea . I'd walk miles at night and it often brought me close to tears with torment BUT a freind said it could be .... I stopped my anti depressants , can't remember which , and three or four days later it was gone never to return. I'd stop ALL other medications in case yours is a reaction to something individual to you . Ver very best of luck .

That figures-- antidepressants are notorious triggers for rls.
Be careful telling people to stop all medication- some meds are life supporting and absolutely essential.
Very good list of meds to avoid for rls on this site
Good luck.
Congratulations on finding your solution, long may your legs be quiet. My D tried antidepressants with me bt they drove my RLS crazy after a day or two. I'm not a fan of those drugs anyway but desperate times call for desperate measures.
