hi Hooc not may GPS or even Nero's have heard of augmentation, you are best sticking to this web site because you will get to know more about RLS & augmentation than any GP. GPS haven't a clue on RLS or even augmentation come to that. X CONNIE 50

Thanks. Connie just been to my GP which hasn't done me a lot of good his answer was to just up the dosage of Pramipexole which I am reluctant to do

Very wise Hooc. Do not increase the dose as that leads to Augmentation. Show your GP the links Karina has posted above.
