Good morning! After scouting around on this site (and doing my own research), I'm finding that various treatments are being used for RLS, and they are all interesting. I've had the issue for years, and my physician recently put me on a low dosage of Requip. That, plus gabapentin and, when needed, Nucynta for pain seems to be helping me sleep better at night. I've also moved taking my duloxitine (for depression) to be taken at night. What's interesting is that, since the addition of the Requip to might nighttime regime, I seem to be waking up with less back pain in the morning. Could be that the Cymbalta, combined with the Requip and gabapentin combo are working in conjunction with one another. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I think cymbalta is sometimes prescribed for neuropathic pain and also gabapentin For back problems. So I suppose it is not surprising that in combination they could have a positive impact on back pain. Hopefully they will help with the legs also!
High chance you will augment on the requip. Watch for worsening of symptoms. Horrible to get off it so just be aware. Good luck!
