I really feel for you. This is a horrible disease.

What is the name of the anti inflammatory medication? Are you on any other meds? I note from your old posts that you were on antidepressants, which, as you know worsen RLS.

How long have you been on Pregabalin? It can take 3 weeks to become effective. Also caffeine, alcohol, sugar, chocolate and other food can trigger RLS so keep a diary to see if anything sets it off worse than ever.

HRT can also trigger RLS(but some people say it helps) especially if high in progesterone.

Really hope you can find relief.

Been on it for about 6months..started off 75mg twice a day but never helped.. Also on endoctyl 60mg

I understand; this syndrome is nasty. Lack of sleep is the worst! I have nights where I want to cry and scream out of frustration but can't because I don't have the energy, which drives the frustration up even more! On these nights, I also want to scream at my sleeping husband.

Hope you find some much-deserved relief soon!
