I need to thank Raffs and others for advice given to me, Raffs you told me about citalapram and how bad it can be, I finally have almost come off this drug, reduced at mo from 40to 20mg but heading to come off completely. Since reducing it my Rls has become so much less it's amazing. No other medication has worked for me for longer than few weeks as treatment but so much better at moment. Thankyou so much to Raffs and all the others who help and advise so brilliantly. I am very thankful I can sleep better and cope as my wonderful partner has recently been diagnosed with terminal cancer, goodness knows how I would cope with my lack of sleep and his increasing needs had I not been part of this group. Life is difficult for obvious reasons and the future is impossible to think about without my partner let alone how to cope with the illness itself. Thankyou x
