Plenty of posts on here which you can look through, where people suggest different things which help them from taking meds to natural remedies.

Hi and welcome Neilos73 - you've hit the info jackpot on RLS here. One wee thing I'll say DON'T USE THE SOAP!!!! That is my first bit of advice, (watch that cause some sh1t!!). I don't want to go into the ins and outs of scent molecules and aerodynamic soap specially designed by snake oil sellers to fit between your sheets, (imagine a 20 stone man can fit between sheets but a small bar of soap has to be especially thin, go figure!

As Elisse says there are plenty of posts here. Try using the search engine here to look for gentle iron, Food Map/diet, Yoga, Opioids, Kratom, Cannabis and Dopamine to get you started.

Good advice on drugs:

Check out posts by the likes of Elisse, Nightdancer, Joolsg, Madlegs1 and myself - if we haven't started a thread we will have posted on them. Sorry if I forget some of the others that post great info but these are the names that spring to mind. There are loads on here with great advice - you've a lot of reading ahead grab a coffee, (decaff) and your glasses and get comfortable :)

Take care

Have to totally disagree with that soap advice- it's a very effective placebo medication. Unfortunately raffs just doesn't go in for mumbo jumbo most of the time.

Seriously though- just spend a while reading through the last month of posts and answers ---- you will find most topics covered.

Technically cannabis is a med :) but I get where you are coming from. Fair play and long may it last.
