Freezing legs

Ok so i usually have feet on 🔥 fire but the last couple of days they are icy cold to the point they hurt . Anyone have this symptom ? Tia

Not a normal symptom of RLS, i would see your doctor and get it checked out.

Hi. I don't know if they symptom is connected to RLS but when my RLS is playing up I too have have feet so cold that they are painful.

My entire body from the waist down is always cold, to the point of hurting most of the time. I doesn't seem to matter if my legs are off on one or not, I never warm up. I've mentioned to the dr several times but he has never addressed it. My legs blue/purple in the winter

hi I have nerve damage in my feet due to a herniated disc they are burning in summer freezing cold through winter. Also have plmd only at night mainly and only mild thank goodness. Have other health issues just would like myself back how I was, does make you feel down.
