The muscles in my calves continuously flex and relax .I've even had people notice my pants legs moving while sitting with someone. It is non stop. Anyone ever heard of this? My doctor hasn't been able to help me.

My partner has involuntary muscle spasms along his calves. He can't feel it but if I watch his calf muscles when he's resting, it looks like worms are wiggling under his skin.
Hi that's wots happening to me my calves go rock hard and cramp up I can't barely walk and happens in bed to the point I can't even get my scream out for trying to massage it x
