Upside of rls

I've just changed electricity provider and had a smart meter installed two days ago which I've been watching avidly. Doing the ironing at 2am this morning I realised that rls can be financially advantageous.

I used to save my work for night time. I was so productive as I would do ANYTHING to distract from RLS.. I've painted my house, ironed, studied and even been out gardening at 5am, (no lawn mower though).

We had a new meter installed and it was a great excuse to go on an economy drive and have saved a small fortune :) Not a fan of the smart meters - Big Brother is watching!!!

Curious - "Smart Meter" emit radiation and have been linked to Insomnia and a host of additional health problems. I have shielded mine - not showing much of a difference. wholenewmom.com/health-conc...

How are you shielding it? Are you using a Faraday type cage?

I've only had it three days . Last night I had the best night I've had for ages, the night before was one of the worst - don't think there's any connection with the smart meter. The meter is in a cupboard. When I get over the novelty of watching the rate of my electricity consumption I might put the monitor in a cupboard. Which one is at fault of spreading radiation?

I made a shield over the round part with screen and aluminum tape and I made a larger shield - same material - I put behind the meter - between the meter and the house.

Had another good night last night. Perhaps radiation is the cure for my rls !!!
