Just been watching channel 5 program have had rls for several years had an op a few years ago and came to with both my legs shooting up into the air. After that doc put me on tablets know I only have shakes a few times during day and most nights I get to sleep. Occasionally it disturbs my sleep so I get up and make myself a hot drink that usually works. I have trigeminal neuralgia which is also linked to nerves don't know if that is a coincidence
