Yes you should inform them- day time sleepiness is a condition to tick. £1000 fine for non disclosure.

Search this site for conversation three years ago.

Hi well never heard than one before .if you were drowsy taking medication yes .but then if you were drowsy then you wouldnt drive. But rls does not effect a persons ability to drive at all. Had it long enuf to know.

I'll will ask my doctor just incase

There is a list of conditions that you arter to notify about and RLS isn't one, HOWEVER, iirc they say best to check so to me that is their get out clause and they will stick it to us if anything goes awry!

Thanks I'll will ask ... I wander if working with hot ovens will come under working with machinery ? As you not suppose to do that with medication either ?

Dont tell Dont ask. Just be extra careful and dont drive if you are too sleepy. The exception is if you are taking one of the common drugs that can cause instant sleep without warning. You should exercise self control and not take your drug or not drive.

I have been in the same situation. How do you put food on the table if you lose your job.

Have you read about the FODMAP or Low Chem diets? They work for some. Search this forum for details and feel free to ask me about them.

Not what you're looking for?
