Been in alit of pain since Thursday somedays you just want to stay in bed as you think no one understands this it's not as if itsca noticable condition until your legs shaking uncrontrolably

Its definitely not fun in any shape or form. What meds are you on? There may be something making things worse, can you think of any changes.

There are a lot of us who come on here in desperate pain, (myself included) and get great help from the posters here, so don't give up hope.

+Raffs- also bed is the last place to be for rls.

Get out for a long walk, distract yourself watching tv or visiting people- it is so easy to let this affliction take you over- you need to show it who is boss.

As Raffs says - we need to know a lot more of your history before we can comment more.

Yeah I hate my bed when the legs are at me and most nights I don't even go near it as it increases the frustration, (on thing no being able to sleep on a chair, its another one in bed).

You are left alone with your head too so that can make things worse too.

Thank you I currently on dhydrocodine jvectried so many different meds its hard to keep up I've taken up exercise walking just some days are really bad x

Staying in bed would be a luxury. The rls and plm just won't allow it. I've been up since 2am
