I have had RLS for 46ys its got to the point I can't sleep, I'm so tried all the time, that don't help but its got to the point its not just my legs it every nerve in my body. I have just don't no what to do anymore, the bath helps, meds help but not for long. I just don't no what to do can anyone help .

Pamvel which meds are you on? Some of the meds the Dopamine Agonists can actually make RLS worse. The most commonly used dopamine agonists are Mirapex ( Pramipexole )Requip ( Ropinerole ) and Neupro patch. Are you on any of those? If so you may have augmentation which is a worsening of symptoms
