Yeah a lot of anti-depressants can make things much worse in a short period of time!
Trazadone is considered a safe antidepressant which will not worsen RLS.
If you have RLS to start with, then take Trazadone you will still have RLS

hi I took this for mths & it didn't effect my legs, when I first started taking it, it made me very sleepy,but no it doesn't effect your RLS
