Has anyone found swimming any good for rls and does it make symptoms worse if done in the evening? As I know yoga is ok to do later in the day as it is gentle.

Gentle exercise should be ok. Some people get a bad experience from too vigorous work out before bed.

As above says- try it and see. Just one night of horrors is all it'll cost you!😠😢😴

Good luck.

I find any exercise later in the day makes the RLS start once I rest. Even with yoga, it sometimes tries to sneak in, especially if the relaxation is too "specific" meaning squeezing and releasing muscles one by one...but on the whole, I do think it does me good, all the stretching, just not late in the day...
