Yes- but why? I would have thought there would be no need for Pramipexole if you are taking Tramadol - that is- if we are talking RLS.?

As madlegs said yes you can take both together. Is the Pramipexole not working..? What dose is the Pramipexole. Or is the pain med for another issues you have..

I'm not a doctor, but I find the best way to take tramadol and pramipexole together is to get a cup of room temperature flavored water, put the tramadol on the back of your tongue, and take three quick gulps of the water. Then get a paper bag, put some rocks in it, dump in the pramipexole, then throw it in a lake. The tramadol should kick in by then and you can enjoy the rest of your evening.

Funny and I have to say I so agree.

Two Tramadol taken before bedtime help me to sleep for about 3 hours before my legs start kicking. Any more Tramadol than that and I feel like a zombie next day. But the combination of two Tramadol plus the lowest dose of Pramipexole allows me to sleep through the night and function the next day.

I also take a combination of Tramadol and pramipexole and have found great success, sleep well every night, only minor breakthrough RLS.

ok so I feel something is triggering my darn legs. I wonder if it is even restless legs because they my feet & legs want to draw up like when you have a charlie horse . More like spasams. I will say this it is taking a toll on me. Has anyone heard of Botox for RLS ?
