What meds are you on. Although I can probably guess!😈

Pramipexole

Now- who would have guessed that! 😅

If you have been on that for a while- and have been upping the dose to combat increasing restlessness- and it has been getting worse - you are experiencing 'augmentation'

Many of us have been down this road- as you can see from many threads.

Get your doctor to change the med to a non dopamine agonist and you will need helping med (opiates) to taper of the mirapex slowly- depending on your current dosage.

Check out rlshelp.org or restless legs.uk for lists of meds to take and to avoid.

Print andd bring these to the doctor.

Good luck.

Also search this site- millions of posts here.

Have you tried magnesium? You would need a high quality bio-available form. I use a powdered magnesium citrate. I also massage my legs with magnesium oil or take Epsom salt baths. It's something small you can do that has given relief to many people.

I have heard people have good luck with alternating hot/cold water on their legs 30 mins before bedtime. All else fails, legs up the wall, a yoga pose you can Google, has helped alleviate the worst symptoms and at least take it down a notch.

Also, I'd recommend talking to your doc about pregabalin or gabapentin. Many people have had good luck with that.

I hope you find relief.
