Out of the blue I had a horrendous night last night, despite patches and Co-codamol, it was awful. This does happen, but it was sooo bad I really get so stressed, angry, upset, completely exhausted and so depressed.

Oh my goodness, a horrendous night!!!

I get them too, its a pity nothing works completely.
Funnily enough after several good nights, last night was awful for me too ! You the right SLMCP when you say it's so frustrating. I have spent most of today trying to figure out if l inadvertently did something to cause it, but it's just totally random.
True to say that nothing works 100% of the time where this syndrome is concerned. Hope you have a better night tonight.
I had two good nights so I made a careful note of what I did in terms of times of medication. I am taking Gabapentin, using a Neupro patch and also 100mg of tramadol. Then going to bed I take 1.25mg of clonazepam . Monday night was fine as was Tuesday although I felt tired and spaced with leg pain most of the day. Last night woke at 4.30 walking on cold tiles to try to calm my legs. No good so gave up. Perhaps tonight?
I have night like that too 😒 Gentle hugs hope you can rest today X
U and me both I was the same x
Thank you all for your kind messages. Even though I hate to think of others suffering so badly too, it gives comfort in an odd way! As for painkillers, they seem to work in conjuction with the patches. At first, co-codamol worked quite well alone for my RLS, it was a fluck discovery after being prescribed them after a difficult birth! Now though, co-codamol alone doesn't do it for me.
Another good night last night following two less good ones. The meds regime has stayed the same. I fell asleep suddenly yesterday smoking my pipe but it was only my old jacket that got a bit singed. I have not had that before so I need to think carefully about driving when I am very tired
