Has anyone found that drinking plenty of water helps RLS. I find that if I have not drunk enough during the day, this is another trigger. I always take water to bed with me and drink it if I wake during the night

I find drinking fluid only makes have to get up to pee ,drag
Yes, thirst can be a trigger. Actually, I've found that anything that affects the nervous system like hunger, thirst, needing to pee, eating sweets, emotional upsets, etc. can affect the legs.
Yes I think water can help, also exercise but not too much!
I drink loads of water I don't think that makes a difference
Water doesn't do a thing for me, I drink plenty of it.
Definitely. Not enough water during the day results in worse RLS in the evening for me.
