Hi, I have had rls for over 30 years, it has been severe for around the last 10 years or so.I have tried most of the usual treatments , I did get relief from mirapex for a few years but then got augmentation so came off it.That was in January. Since then I have tried several different painkillers but struggle with side effects. Currently I am using the Neupro patch nut it failed me last night so dont know how I will go with it. X
