I am going crazy with my RLS i had to self diagnose myself saw many doctors but none could say what was wrong, have biting irritating feelingaround ankles like urge to hit them, even get around shoulder blades and elbows, thought it was just about legs, using Lyrica doe not really help but clonazpam helps me sleep sometime. please advice someone..

My mom also suffer for years with this she passed away last September wish i could have showed her we were not alone was amazed others were going though same thought we had something no one had. poor Mom she suffered so much

Hello sorry no replies its due to health unlocked alterating the site anf confusing us! Sorry you struggling. Do you get the urge to move ehen you get these feelings? If it is restless leg syndrome there are many treatments to try.If you go to the RLS website thete is lots of info about different meds that may help.Another good site is rlshelp.org good luck and hope you get some relief soon ..kim

Thank you, yes I do feel urge to move when i get these sensations losing sleep because of this and worries me most, as it makes me so tired during the day that im often irritable and sleepy.

Change your doctor I suggest a younger one, they seem to be more 'up' on the problem & treatment. I take amitriptyline works for me, but I don't get it in the day just some pain. Same as you I can sleep through mostly. Good Luck, Kind regards, Fidgit.
