As antihistamines make RLS worse does anyone have any advice on how to cope with hay fever? Thanks for any help!

I get all year round allergies and have just put up with it until recently. I use a beconase spray now, its not perfect but definately takes the edge off.

Thanks kelka, I used to take the tablets and use nasal spray, but just on the spray now. As you say, it does help a bit!

LOCAL honey works for some people. Sometimes difficult to get hold of in urban areas but worth a try. Helps build up immunity to the pollen the bees have been using. 1tsp a day.

I have heard of this but not come across local honey in my part of London - I will try and search some out.

I always use beconase spray or sudafed spray non drowsy.

Because RLS meds cause my skin to itch, I am prescribed by my doctor to take antihistamines. I don't know it make my RLS worse. Will have try not taking the antihistamine and find out. Thanks.
