Hello everyone! I missed my 9 weeks yesterday 😁...been busy busy with the good weather..decluttering ,clearing out the shed and going to the tip ,paying guys to do the first grass cut of the year ...🤣...also got them.to power wash my drive and chop down some bushes and trees ...using money I've saved from no smoking ..saved me the time and they did.a grand job . Been a bit chesty with some kind of bug lurking around this week but seem to be on the mend now ...I'm eating too much in the evenings ( trying not to pick pick pick but it's too easy...have stopped buying crisps this week tho and I do go to the gym.most days ) ...there are these very odd occasions where I think I'd love a fag... just out of nowhere ...but the thought soon goes away ...anyhoo..hope everyone is well and enjoying our early summer 😎
