Day 19, feeling a little sad and have some brain fog. I suspect this is normal at this stage. From what I know all cravings will not really be gone until after 6 weeks. Staying strong, just taking it easy on myself.

Hi SanJane
Well done on getting to day 19.
I’m no expert,
But cravings are strong from time to time during our quit journey,
It’s the addiction of the nicotine playing tricks with the brain.
Feeling sad is part of the process,
But try and do something to change your mood,
Maybe go for a walk or meet up with friends or chat to them if you are able.
I’m on day 30, so I’ve been there, still get ups and downs,
But it’s normal,
So I try and keep busy,
Listen to my favourite playlist
That cheers me up,
Keep strong,
You’ve got this.x
Keep going you've almost cracked it and the nicotine will be out of your system by now! Well done xx
