Tips to beat the fatigue and anxiety

Hi everyone

I've been smoke free 17 days now but the fatigue and anxiety won't go away. I'm waking up in the middle of the night with a horrible anxious feeling in the tummy and chest.

Is this normal? Any tips on reducing the anxiety and fatigue?

I have previously quit for 7 years, and barely felt a thing. Struggling this time round.

Hi, this is my third time trying to stop smoking. I have now done it for seven days cold turkey.

It is hard because I feel ill all the time, then I read about drinking loads of water and it works. I will let you know how it goes after another week.

Hi. My anxiety is still there at 114 days quit, but my sleeping patterns are much better. I don't keep repeatedly waking in middle of night. Things will definitely get better. How are you feeling?

That's great news. I have been taking it day by day for the first 3 months. Now I am counting week by week. 1 month is brilliant. Just keep going💪🏻

Smoke some CBD or Marijuana before bed? Either that or get meds to help with all them symptoms your having? Hope it helps? Good luck and congrats on 17 days nicotine free? Chew on a straw also? It might work
