Quit4Life helps people living or working in HAMPSHIRE, UK, who want to stop smoking, are thinking of stopping smoking, or who have quit and want to stay quit.

We are a free NHS service and are happy to help with any concerns or queries that smokers and ex-smokers may have, including the use of e-cigarettes, weight management, alcohol use and second hand smoke. We understand the challenges faced by smokers who are pregnant or have any mental or physical illness. Our friendly advisers offer face-to-face or telephone support and arrange the supply of stop smoking products.
