It has been 2 years and 20 days since I quit smoking and it was such a great decision.

Anybody here who has been nicotine free for 2 years now? Would love to see some batchmates.

Nice!! Glad u enjoing it !! Probs been about 18 months here cos it all changed 4 me when i moved house in october 2018....i still use 2 like the odd couple on a fri or sat when id had a drink but since the lockdown not even that cos it was a social thing so its not like social life exists atm. I thought lockdown might make me wanna smoke more but as i say its been the opposite. Am not sure ill start up again. I just dont miss it how i thought. Iv not missed the nicotine cos i even tried vape but it wasnt 4 me. Iv paid off a longstanding debt an i like 2 think thats partlys been possible cos of what i saved on tabs

Oh no! Wish you'd be totally out of it! Happy to be your support just let me know! Since lockdown I challenged myself to ear healthy as much as possible like eating something raw like fruits for breakfast and I have been feeling amazing! Btw! You are doing an awesome work for not smoking these days! Keep it up! 😊
