Hey guys! Im 23 years old I started smoking 3 years ago and I wasnt as heavy, I was doing around 5-8 cigarettes a day towards the end. 3 weeks ago I had a chesty cough (Flu) and I was scared due to the pain of this cough I immediately stopped smoking, I have not smoked since, now I’m happy about this however I’ve had this really really irritating cough, it’s a irritation when breathing out and tickle, it’s sometimes dry and sometimes brings up tiny amount of phlegm. I wanted to know whether this was normal? It’s not crazy like happening every minute but just occurs from time to time throughout the day!

Yeah I dont know why you would even start smoking? If I could do it all over again I never would have taken that first cigarette when I was 10yrs old?

It's going to be hardest thing I've ever done in my life! But glad, even though you weren't a heavy smoker like me? Pack n half a day for me? But cutting down! Be glad you only smoked for 3 yrs? Not 25+ yrs like me? Ok wel that's it hope it helped you out?

Not what you're looking for?
