so hair brain stuff is what I do so Friday on route to NYC I gave up smoking had to for 7 hours anyway so managed the whole trip and the way back not going to say it was easy it sure wasn't but I thought I would be over the worst now right? wrong get home and this place has memories of where I used to smoke so after 5 days i'm back to square one, in regard to withdraw, tonight I was able to follow a smoke trail long after the person has left scene, and the smell makes my mouth water so looks like I have to continue to ride the storm all I wanted is just one sign i'm doing or feeling better after 6 days as a non smoker!!!

First 4 weeks of a quit can be so tough as you are dealing with the behavioral change and your body is dealing with withdrawal from nicotine and 4000+ other chemicals.Have you had much help and support? If you have managed to stay smoke free you should be really patting yourself on the back now as the toughest period of time comes to an end😁. If you haven't made it.. Don't worry you haven't lost anything eather! In fact you will have gained a few tricks of what does work for you and what hurdles you need to prepare for next time! 😊😊
