4 months without cigratee very Happy for myself But i am still having some White coated on my tongue and Its dry at Night and i have some stomach pain some kind of gas

Is it normal

I am really Happy that i quit smoking and i SM Feeling quite better than a lot before and my tongue is getting better n better and a little bit White coat only on morning but it also goes When i brush a tongue
