Preparing for my first weekend after quitting. I am so vulnerable when I drink.. and if I dont drink I will feel miserable and think that dying with lung cancer feels better! so here's the problem:
I want to drink, I dont want to smoke, I want to be in control of my life.
What's your advice(s)??

Hi there, and firstly congratulations on quitting! This is something many people worry about, so one of our expert advisers has suggested her top tip: 'Have a plan in place before going out….could be something like 1 alcohol drink, I soft drink, and when out do not go out with friends to have a cigarette, stay indoors with non smokers.'
