I am 9 days smoke free but vaping loads. I have capes so much mine died after 8 days use....just had to buy another bit I love it. Im finding quitting quite easy butI really crave one when I've had am alcoholic drink lol

Day 4 vaping and feel so much healthier. I agree smelling better, breathing better and convinced my teeth looking whiter. Congrats to everyone who is succeeding and I think craving when having an alcoholic drink takes a while to get over.

Hi guys I think vaping is fine because I do it! But we are still getting the nicotine hit aren’t we, it must be better than what’s in a smoke anyway. But I read somewhere( I’m in Australia by the way) that vaping gives you bubble pockets in the lungs, I don’t know how much of it’s true but I’m going to do my research on it, keep you posted if you want to follow👍💥👌☺️
