1st week under my belt. I know I keep saying that but I'm keeping my fingers crossed life is kind to me and I have a full six weeks till my next event and I can make a real effort to get my strength and stretches up to scratch. I am doing some Hiit sessions as well. This week I did my first ever plank. Work is needed but we all start somewhere. I'm actually looking forward to next week. I got such an endorphin buzz from my hiit session I can't wait to do another on. Happy pushing everyone.

Anyone one here interested in the 5x50 Challange

I'm thinking of getting a HU/C25k-2015 team together.

Planks are many and varied and I'm learning them as I go. I can't do a full push up yet though. I still have to do it on my knees. I can do side planks now though. Just start small and build your way up. Have fun!

Planks take a lot of practice and like you say you have to start at the bottom and work up. I've not got them licked yet but am working on it. I can do some of them mind you. Still doing push-ups on my knees though
