I'm in my second week now. I've had to cut the shoulder push ups to when they have healed from the last session because I am coming back from frozen shoulder injury but one a week is better than non and you never know I might even fit in two sessions this week. still doing sit-ups and squats as well.

Wow your doing so well. I think in all fairness my year starts tomorrow. Other half has had flu and temp of 32.9 with His kidneys a couple of worrying nights. Also 6 appointments on the kidney donor front. Passed all tests so far but they want me to lose some be!ly fat if I can, so work starts in earnest from tomorrow. Nothing like having a goal that's important to work towards. Can you notice the difference with JM shred? maybe its something I could build up too.

30 Day Shred is good. I like No More Trouble Zones best but good idea to mix them up. I did day 25 of Six Week Abs today. Only 5 more to do. I believed I would never even start this one as I thought it too hard to even consider. Having worked through some of the others I thought I'd have a crack at it. It's hard but I'm doing it in a fashion. I am horribly un-coordinated but I keep going, a bit wobbly, at times (ahem) but it's about finishing int it.

You might let your shoulder completely recover before embarking on any upper body stuff as it's strenuous. You could do some yoga first. The weights bits in No More Trouble Zones are quite good though. Take care, that's the main thing!

Make that Day 26! Just 4 more sessions to go. Wahay!
