Couldn't complete week 2 last week, so going to have another go this week. 100 push ups looks a long way off for me πŸ€”

I am struggling too but I keep telling myself it's more than I did last week just trying and I can get fitter by just keeping going at my own pace.

Yes I think like you, even if I can't complete it at least I will a little fitter than when I started! Keep up the good work. πŸ™‚

Same here - I'm pretty sure there is no way that I will be doing 100 by the end of week 6. However, I'm already doing more than I was so if it takes me 12 weeks instead of 6, at least I am improving!

Better to do something than nothing and better to improve slowly than become injured!

You can't expect to be able to do this stuff straight off the bat. We have to work our ways up.

When I first started this fitness stuff I was like Edina Monsoon, and could only move my eyes! Ha ha
