Things have been all over energy wise with losing one of my best friends but I am back into running and speed walking this week, which means I should get back to these. There was a bit of my brain that said start in the new year but realistically what am I waiting for!!! So I aim to do a couple of sets this week. I have to watch my recovering frozen shoulder as the stress has taken a toll but that's it I've said it out loud again.
Where has everyone gone? It just looks like there is just a couple with great will power.
