Week 3 under way..

Well, mixed results going into week 3:

Did the exhaustion test yesterday and got 26. That's well up on the 16 I did 2 weeks ago so pleased with the progress. However, it only just scrapes me into column 3 for week 3.

Today I did W3D1 and managed the first 4 sets fine, but the final set should have been 20 and I could only manage 18. I think it's time to accept that I can't keep up with column 3, so I'll drop to column 2 for the rest of week 3. We'll see how it goes on the next test and if I need to repeat a week then so be it.

Day 2 of Week 3 now done and although I moved down to column 2, I only just made it!

I'm not sure how much progress I am making here - that's 3 sessions now where I have done around 80 in total and been quite worn out by the end. However, it was late yesterday and I was tired (& probably a bit dehydrated) so maybe things will be better tomorrow!

Time will tell.
