Hi everybody, anybody. I am new here I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do to be honest. I was just looking for any kind of connection, kindness, or support because I'm going through more than I feel able to bear right now and am struggling to cope, exhausted but can't sleep. Stressed to the max.
