hey everyone- not really sure how this works but I’m a 40 y/o lgtbq female whose been diagnosed as bipolar, depression, ptsd, anxiety, etc—- mostly bc I haven’t responded to any of the treatments I’ve received over the past 2 decades.
Currently unemployed in the mental health field. Don’t have much social support. Looking to make connections, get advice on rebuilding your life, etc.
trauma as a result of sexual assault, past relationships with emotional and physical abuse, toxic work environment, medication induced psychotic episode that lasted for 4 months.

I just joined after separating from my second consecutive toxic job and during that time my ex-husband that self diagnosed himself as a sociopath at 1:23 am and had to call and tell me. I'm at the point where I can barely look at email due to the harassment from my ex boss. Just sharing hope it helps! I have a thing. We're all in a different boat in the same ocean. Are battles maybe different but our lives are more similar than we know.
